About The Project

CritLab is a pilot project at the Tandon School of Engineering and the Department of Integrated Digital Media at NYU, supported by an initial grant from the Generative Arts Fund. It seeks to allow student critics to write widely on topics at the intersection of art and technology, and to bring criticism into the milieu of cutting-edge work with new media.

The project is supervised by Professor A.V. Marraccini, an art historian and essayist who is Critic in Residence at IDM. Contact the project at am4244@nyu.edu .
